I have a body of work that I refer to as my 'doodle' paintings, these works are basically a way of keeping sane in this crazy world. I suppose some people go to the gym, go for a jog, perhaps a few beers at the pub... for me, I put stuff on canvas.
Using mixed media, anything that I can get my hands on, I stick, scratch, scrape, paint, peel off, put on.... wash off until I reach a conclusion.
For me letting off steam in a creative way is a big bonus as I have something at the end of the process.
